Rick Geritz, Chief Executive Officer
Rick Geritz, chief executive officer of BDMetrics, has over 15 years of experience in building profitable technology product companies. Prior to BDMetrics, Rick served as president and general manager for SafeNet, where he was responsible for the overall product strategy and operations for the company’s silicon and enterprise software businesses. Before SafeNet, Rick was the executive vice president of ICARUS Corporation, an engineering cost-modeling software company, where he led the company's worldwide product strategy and operations.

Rick is a frequent guest speaker on television and radio programming. In addition, he was named one of the Baltimore Business Journal's “Top 40 under 40,” as well as “Innovator of the Year” by The Daily Record.

Mollie Spilman, President
Mollie Spilman serves as president of BDMetrics, bringing with her 17 years of experience in the media business. Most recently, Mollie was chief executive officer for TidalTV, Inc. As the company's second employee, she was the driving force behind the development of the company's broadband television platform and overall business model. Prior to TidalTV, Mollie served as chief sales and marketing officer of Advertising.com, a subsidiary of AOL.

Mollie is a recognized industry leader and advocate, having been named “Best Marketing Executive” by the American Business Awards and one of the Baltimore Business Journal’s “Top 40 under 40.” She has also served on many industry councils, including the Interactive Advertising Board of the Direct Marketing Association and the CMO Council of the Interactive Advertising Bureau.

Don Mahoney, Chief Product Officer
Don Mahoney is BDMetrics’ chief product officer. He has over 15 years of experience in the technology industry. Prior to joining BDMetrics, Don was an executive at Hyprotech Ltd., where he led the launch and market strategy for the company’s modeling and simulation technologies before it's sales to AEA Technology. Don was subsequently appointed to the board of directors of AEA Technology Engineering Software, where he oversaw the marketing and integration of Hyprotech’s products into the $1 billion AEA Technology organization.

Don holds a BS degree in engineering from Penn State, a master’s degree in engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from the University of Delaware. He is a published author, having co-written A Real-Time Approach to Process Control, a university text book on systems modeling and simulation.

Kristyn Reed-Salow, Chief Financial Officer
Kristyn Reed-Salow has led the financial operations, accounting, legal and human resource functions within multiple entrepreneurial businesses in the software and new media industries. Before joining BDMetrics, Kristyn was the CFO at Mantas, Inc., a software applications and analytics company which sold their products into global financial institutions. She was instrumental in the successful sale of this business to Oracle Financial Services Software, Ltd. Prior to this role, Kristyn acted as CFO at RealLegal, LLC, a software applications and services business focusing on the legal industry. She joined RealLegal when the company was spun out of Law.com, Inc. where she had also served as the CFO. Law.com, Inc. delivers web-based training and digital publications for legal professionals. She facilitated the growth of both of these businesses upon joining their management team at their inceptions. In all of these roles, she was heavily involved in the mergers or acquisitions and was instrumental in raising rounds of funding from both venture capital and investment banking sources. Earlier in her career, she worked as a manager at Ernst & Young, LLP. During her six-year tenure at E&Y, she served large public entities as well as numerous entrepreneurial companies. She led her audit teams in a wide range of industries including technology, real estate and aerospace and was involved in a number of public offerings.

Kristyn is a CPA and CMA, with a master's degree from the University of Chicago and a B.A. in accounting from Michigan State University.
