Account Manager
We are looking for enthusiastic, high energy sales performers. This position gives you the ability to sell online media, one of the fastest growing markets in the US, to a broad range of corporate marketing and executive clients.
You will be responsible for maintaining/exceeding a quarterly and yearly sales quota by generating outbound phone calls to pre-existing leads provided by the Sales Director. New business is the primary focus. You will maintain and grow existing accounts, as assigned by the Sales Director, within specified business communities.
Qualifications include previous selling experience for TV, radio, newspaper or on-line advertising.
Sales Director
We are looking for an enthusiastic, high energy sales director. This position gives you the ability to develop strategies to sell online media, one of the fastest growing markets in the US, to a broad range of corporate marketing and executive clients. You will be responsible for exceeding a Sales Quota based on specific accounts that you and your staff own and grow, generating new business in both existing and new communities. You will build a marketing plan and make sure that the marketing plan is acted upon by your team. You will run marketing events to build sales and lead activity such as Webinars, Seminars and calling campaigns. You will have the opportunity to meet with clients both by phone and in-person at events. Up to 25% travel is typical for this position. Media or Event sales experience preferred.
Candidates must have experience selling TV, Radio, Newspaper or on-line advertising. Must have strong
in-person and phone selling skills – succinct, convincing, and confident style is a must.
Ability to overcome objections in a consultative way to keep prospects engaged.
Ability to persevere with “gatekeepers” of prospective customers to seek out and identify ultimate decision-maker within a company.
Strong communications skills required with internal staff. Proper and respectful communication and coordination
with client services, development, and administrative staff is essential. Familiarity and experience with common customer relationship management systems is required.
Application Developer/Lead
Description of job duties:
- Requirements analysis, design, coordination, implementation and maintenance of products and product modules as required and defined by product and project management staff
- Responsible for effort estimate and technical project management/coordination until the project is completed and delivered working with development resources, product management and project management
- This applies to new products as well as major feature addition to existing products.
- Products and projects include both public-facing web applications as well as internal applications and analysis tools.
- Unit testing and coordination of such tasks related to the completed software modules to ensure the high quality of the delivery.
Employer’s minimum qualifications for the job:
- M.S. degree in Computer Science - to be able to complete a proper requirements analysis and design of the software modules to be developed - having completed independent research projects involving advanced and latest Computer Science techniques and technologies
- Proven record of completing projects on-time with the required specifications
- Knowledge of Web application design and programming on all components: server, middle-tier and database components
- Knowledge of Database design and programming (MS SQL Server or Oracle)
- Knowledge of software application development work process
- Ability to work effectively with all team members: Engineering, Ops, Marketing
